Military Relocation Explained

Most military relocations start out with a Posting Message which is the “Official Notification”  that you and your family are moving to a new military base and town.  This is not a surprise for most military veterans and in fact is usually a welcome event as it typically entails a promotion.  Not to offend anyone who gets moved without a promotion, but there are always extenuating circumstances,  as a sudden death or deployment overseas.

The very first thing the military member then does is contact his IRP consultant and start the process of moving his or her family.  The most important part of this process is the House Hunting Trip.  All of the IRP-DND.COM relocation experts are ready to provide you with every requirement you will need.  Most importantly they will pre-prepare you so that you will hit the ground running,  you will not have to waste time searching for hotels,  care rental companies, booking home inspectors,  looking for mortgage brokers and even more important, you will be shown homes in the neighborhoods that suit your family.

Prior to leaving your home base you might want to reserve babysitters that can allow you to venture out later in the evening for property showings.  Your IRP-DND.COM realtor can provide references for many professionals who are proficient with Military Relocations.  Your Realtor will provide you with multiple choices so that you may pick and choose the Professional best suited for your requirements.

The “Biggest Service Factor” that IRP-DND.COM  provides is “personal service”.  You are the only focus of our individual attention.  We are not a “big agent” office, where your needs and wants, are shuffled off to subordinates, as soon as the paper work is signed.  Those big “Real Estate” agents may promise the world, but in actuality they are churning people through their agency with no consideration for the concerns  of their individual clients.  How do you think an individual Realtor becomes the ranking selling or buying  force in his or her region.  Churning out “selling or buying” deals is not within the scope of the “IRP-DND.COM” mandate.  We are only there for one reason,  “To provide the best representation possible to our clients”.
